05 March 2010 - From the ideas and concepts collected during the first stage public engagement and the Design Ideas Invitation Event completed in 2009, six bridge design options have been developed for detailed evaluation. Please visit Study Progress for details. The second stage public engagement will start very soon. Five exhibitions displaying the information of the six design options, and Preference Survey are arranged to solicit public's preferences among the design options. Please visit Public Events & Activities for details. A public briefing will be held at Kin Choi Community Hall, Kin Ming Estate, at 8pm on 11th March 2010. We cordially invite you to attend the briefing to get a better understanding of different design options for Cross Bay Link and the preference survey process. 30 October 2009 - "My Vision of Cross Bay Link" Design Ideas Invitation Event has been successfully completed. The Jury Panel, chaired by Prof. Hon. Patrick LAU Sau Shing, has selected 12 outstanding entries from the Professional and Open Groups, the list of award winners has been uploaded to Design Ideas Invitation Event Website. Prize Presentation Ceremony will be held at 1/F Exhibition Hall, East Point City on 6th November (Friday) at 12:00 and the outstanding entries will be exhibited in the major shopping malls and MTR stations in Tseung Kwan O in November 2009. 11 September 2009 - The submission of entries for the "My Vision of Cross Bay Link" Design Ideas Invitation Event was closed at 5pm, 10 September 2009. The organizer has received about 50 entries. The Jury will assess the entries and the results will be posted on the Design Ideas Invitation Event Website later.

19 August 2009 - Enquiries received in the past weeks on the Design Ideas Invitation Event and the corresponding responses by the Professional Advisor have been uploaded to the Invitation Event Website for reference.

20 July 2009 - The Design Ideas Invitation Event "My Vision of Cross Bay Link" has commenced.

16 March 2009 - Ove Arup and Partners Hong Kong Limited has been employed to undertake the Investigation and Preliminary Design of Cross Bay Link under Agreement No. CE43/2008(HY).
